Our morning will be spent in ceremony as we anchor in the powerful energetic gateway of Spring Equinox with a guided journey and journalling exercise focused on tuning into your heart's desires.   

Then reset and renew your energies with a powerful Quantum Source Light Energy Healing and Clearing and sound activation journey.  

After lunch and into the afternoon you will craft your vision onto a tangible piece of keepsake art in the form of a vision board as part of an intuitive art and manifestation workshop. 

Envision your Goals with Gratitude 

Explore the energetics of manifesting from a place of gratitude and learn how to build a beautiful vision board under my guidance and support during the powerful Spring Equinox portal, the most powerful time of the year for sowing seeds and conscious creativity.   You will have plenty of time to be creative and play with colours and to express yourself and your dreams onto paper.  

I have personally been practising the art of vision boards for over 12 years.  As an experienced energetic healer, mindfulness expert, meditation teacher and a published writer on the topics of abundance and manifestation I will guide you through the transformative process of putting dreams to paper.  

Drawing on the potent timing and energy of the Spring Equinox and the magic of ritual we will put these theories into practice in a hands on creative workshop where you will have the opportunity to create your own vision board.  We'll spend some time at the end of the day acknowledging each other's creations and witnessing each other's goals with an activation ceremony.

• Guided visualisation and meditations: supporting you to connect with your heart space to gain clarity around what it is you really want to manifest. 

• Energetics: Learn about the energetics of manifestation and abundance

• High Level Energy Healing: Experience a multi dimensional energy healing technique and sound healing like no other.  Clearing your field of anything not in alignment while elevating your frequency (with light frequencies and sound) will support you to tap into what is in alignment for your highest path.  

• Intuitive Development and Creativity: Create from a deep meditative state to tap into unconscious desires and inner wisdom. You'll have freedom and space to create with colours and images, letting your inner child out to play as you craft a take home piece of intentional art.

What you'll need to bring:

• A light blanket, socks, a pillow to sit and lie on (2 if your back prefers support under the knees when lying on your back), water bottle, lunch (or grab something from the local cafe a 5 minute walk up the road) yoga mat, journal/notebook, pen and an open heart.  

• You'll also need your own pictures cut out from magazines, photos or any particular images or phrases you might have that you would like to use on your vision board (if these are precious to you consider colour photocopying them for the purposes of the vision board) as they will be glued onto to your canvas as part of the creation process.  

Note:  I recommend you begin collecting materials and imagery as soon as you can so you have a range of options and pictures to choose from on the day.  Try free  catalogues, magazines, old greeting cards and postcards you've held on to, fun stationary supplies like stickers and other decorative elements, visit an op shop and pick up some nicely illustrated books which cover the kind of goals you are working toward.  Better to have lots of imagery options than too little.  Try searching online for imagery you would like to include on your vision board, print them out and bring them along.   It’s good to have flexibility and space around how your finished vision board will look, so also bring along an open mind, as you may be surprised to discover something new emerges over the course of the day which wants to be represented on your board.

About Your Host

Alison Gallagher is the founder of ceremonial skincare and botanical perfume brand Alyssum Alchemy. Holding numerous qualifications in energetic healing, intuitive development and meditation facilitation Alison has explored many modalities to deepen her understanding of frequency medicine and explore the realms of consciousness.
