Our afternoon will begin in ceremony as we anchor in the powerful energetic gateway of Autumn Equinox with a guided journey and journalling exercise focused on release and letting go that which no longer serves us. 

Then sink into receivership to reset and renew your energies with a powerful Quantum Source Light Energy Healing and Clearing and sound activation journey.

• Guided visualisation and meditation: supporting you to connect with your heart space to gain clarity around what you are ready to release and make space for something new.
• High Level Energy Healing: Experience a multi dimensional energy healing technique and sound healing like no other.  Clearing your field of anything not in alignment while elevating your frequency (with light frequencies and sound) will support you to tap into what is in alignment for your highest path.

• A light blanket, socks, a pillow to sit and lie on (2 if your back prefers support under the knees when lying on your back), water bottle, yoga mat, journal/notebook, pen and an open heart.

About Your Host

Alison Gallagher is the founder of ceremonial skincare and boutique botanical perfume brand Alyssum Alchemy. Holding numerous qualifications in energetic healing, intuitive development and meditation facilitation Alison has explored many modalities to deepen her understanding of frequency medicine and explore the realms of consciousness.  

Alison is the only practitioner in NSW (and only one of four in Australia) of the powerful Quantum Source Light Energy Healing, a modality which has become a signature component of her day retreats, ceremonies and workshops.
