Soak your tired footsies in this special magnesium rich herbal foot soak featuring Australian native oils of Rosalina and Bush Mint and unwind with uplifting aromas and restorative rest.  Soaking your feet helps with circulation and is especially cooling on the system in hot weather.

Our feet are one of the most absorbent parts of our body.  Soaking our feet in magnesium enables easy and bio-available absorption of this essential mineral, restoring cellular magnesium levels.  Magnesium nourishes our nervous system, helps to balance hormones, assists with restorative sleep, detoxification and muscle health. The addition of sea salt and ancient underground salt adds additional trace minerals and has anti inflammatory benefits, eases stiffness and aching joins, supporting detoxification and energetically cleanses our energy field.   

Organic herbs soothe delicate skin and cooling essential oils of peppermint and spearmint help to refresh and lower body heat.  Organic essential oils of lavender and vetiver soothe the nervous system and Australian native oils of rosalina and bush mint uplift your mood.  A truly delicious way to unwind after being on your feet all day.

How to use: 

Put 2-3 tablespoons into a foot basin, bowl or bucket to fit both feet.  Fill with hot but not boiling water.  Have a small hand towel within reach and place a larger towel on the floor around your basin to avoid wetting the foot when you take your feet out.  Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes or until the water is no longer warm.  Consider listening to an audio book, podcast or guided meditation, sip a herbal tea, read a book or simply sit back and watch your favourite film.  Afterwards, dry your feet with your hand towel and massage some oils or cream into your feet to keep the skin soft and supple.  This is NOT a bath soak, please ONLY use for your feet.  Peppermint and some of the other oils may irritate your more delicate and sensitive body parts.

*Extracting this salt from the underground, helps the fight against salinity in the ground.
