Winter Solstice Seasonal Ceremony and Deep Rest Workshop

Join a deeply restorative Winter Solstice ceremony during the potent solstice portal

Curl up into a deep place of rest so your body, mind and spirit can be restored and your energy can be cleared and realigned. Mid-winter is symbolically a powerful time to plant seeds for the next 12 months and clear away the deadwood from the previous 12 months so your dreams and intentions can flourish. 

A time to celebrate the return of the light, this afternoon experience will be an aromatherapy infused, high frequency opportunity to ignite your imagination and refill your cup with sacred ceremony, reflection and soul nourishing rituals. 

Activate your senses with locally crafted high frequency aromatic elixirs, organic herbal teas and nourishing afternoon tea treats.

Warm layers! A light blanket, socks, a pillow (2 if your back prefers support under the knees when lying on your back), a towel (for extra padding during our rest workshop), water bottle, your own mug for a cuppa, yoga mat, journal/notebook, eye pillow or light scarf to place over your eyes, pen and an open heart.
